Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re here to help!
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change-of-mind purchases or items purchased on sale. Please choose carefully — all sales of these items are final.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we will fix it quickly and at no cost to you, in full compliance with New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. How to Request a Return or Remedy
Get in touch within 30 days of delivery (for faulty/damaged/incorrect items) or within 7 days (if we have exceptionally agreed to accept a change-of-mind return).
Include your order number and photos of any fault or damage (this speeds things up!).
We’ll reply with return instructions and a free returns label (for faulty/damaged/incorrect items only).

4. Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where possible).
Perishable food items can only be returned if they arrived damaged or incorrect (food safety regulations prevent us from accepting opened or partially used perishables for hygiene reasons).
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (in which case we cover the cost and provide a free returns label).
5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you immediately of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Still Waiting for Your Refund?
Check your bank/credit-card statement again.
Contact your bank or card provider — delays are sometimes on their end.
If it’s been more than 14 days since approval, contact us and we’ll trace it for you.
7. Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange defective or damaged items for the identical product (subject to availability). Contact us using the details above and we’ll arrange everything at no cost to you.
