These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Evergreen Fine Foods Limited (NZBN 9429052036147), trading as Savvy Nootropics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us & Our Platform

  • We operate the website savvynootropics.com (the “Website”) and the online store.

  • Our store is hosted on Squarespace, which provides the e-commerce platform only — they are not responsible for our products, content, or customer service.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order or create an account. You agree not to use our Website for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorised purpose.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We may change prices, refuse or cancel orders (even after submission), limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  • Images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen shows exact colours.

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We only accept it when we send an order confirmation email.

4. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and/or Stripe — we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery times are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you once they leave our premises or are handed to the courier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy (which forms part of these Terms).

7. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to keep product information, pricing, and stock levels accurate, but we are not liable for obvious errors or omissions. We may correct mistakes and cancel affected orders at any time.

All content on the Website (photos, text, logos, designs) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
