We want to get your favourite fine foods to your doorstep as quickly as possible! Here is everything you need to know about how we handle your order.
Dispatch Times
We aim to have all orders on their way within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Order by 10 AM: Usually dispatched the very same day.
Orders after 10 AM Friday: These will be processed with care first thing on Monday morning.
Delivery Estimates

Note: Rural deliveries may take slightly longer than the estimates above.
Tracking & Support
Stay in the Loop
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
If Things Don’t Go to Plan
In the rare event that an item is lost or arrives damaged, please don't worry. Reach out to us at info@savvynootropics.com and we will find the perfect solution for you.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to discuss a return or refund, please contact us within one week of delivery.
Process: Email info@savvynootropics.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the receiver.
Uncollected Items: If an item is returned to us because it wasn't collected from a drop-off point, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
